Weight loss Project: The Beginning!

Hey! Hey! It is May already, so everyone trying to get her/his bikini body ready! This time I will try with a very healthy diet! I wont eat any meat, any sugar, and I will be careful with salt as well! Today was my first try and it came together pretty well! It is a carrot&veggie smoothie with soy meatballs!


1. Cut the veggie`s, put it a ball
2. Add some water, and boil it
3. Get some wheat, sour cream, extra virgin olive oil, and mix it!
4. Mix the sour cream "base" with the boiled veggies
5. Blend it!!!



1.Get some minced soy, black-bread, eggs and onions
2. Mix everything together
3. Cook it in the oven, with no added oil!

30minutes later....


It is DELICIOUS!!!!
